Description

A comforting bowl of creamy garlic chicken ramen that’s quick to make and deliciously satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 3 cups ramen noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from pot and let rest.
  2. Add minced garlic to the same pot and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  4. Once noodles are cooked, reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream, soy sauce, and mixed vegetables. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  5. Slice the cooked chicken and add it back into the pot. Stir until everything is well combined.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Keep it simple with pre-chopped vegetables. Adjust the cooking time based on desired noodle texture.
