Indulge in this delightful and easy recipe for creamy garlic butter lobster tails, perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails, fresh or high-quality frozen
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter over medium heat in a saucepan and add the minced garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and lemon juice, then mix in paprika, salt, and pepper; cook for another 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Carefully split the lobster tails down the center with kitchen shears and spread them open; place in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the lobster tails.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Use kitchen shears for safely splitting the lobster tails and don’t overheat the butter to preserve its richness.
