- 4 lobster tails, fresh or high-quality frozen
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter over medium heat in a saucepan and add the minced garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and lemon juice, then mix in paprika, salt, and pepper; cook for another 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Carefully split the lobster tails down the center with kitchen shears and spread them open; place in a baking dish.
