A refreshing and creamy salad featuring crisp cucumbers and tender shrimp, perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 2 cups cucumbers, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp and cucumbers.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and dill until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the shrimp and cucumbers, and gently mix to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Peeling cucumbers is optional. You can add garlic powder or hot sauce to customize the dressing.
