Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Bread or green salad (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain and mash them with butter, salt, and pepper.
- In a saucepan, melt some butter and add the cream and chopped rosemary. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Place cod fillets in a baking dish, pour the rosemary cream sauce over them, and bake for 20 minutes or until the cod is flaky.
- Serve the cod alongside the mashed potatoes and bread or salad.
