Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces crab meat, cooked and flaked
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or butter for baking


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and green onions in a mixing bowl.
  3. Fill each shrimp generously with the crab mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed shrimp in a greased baking dish.
