Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the crab meat, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Make a pocket in each salmon fillet and stuff with the crab mixture.
- Place the stuffed salmon on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve warm.
