Description

A delightful combination of tender salmon fillets stuffed with a savory crab filling, perfect for special weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the crab meat, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Make a pocket in each salmon fillet and stuff with the crab mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed salmon on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
