Description

A luxurious yet easy dish featuring flaky salmon fillets stuffed with a creamy crab mixture, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 thick salmon fillets
  • 1 cup jumbo lump crab meat
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, crab meat, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined.
  3. Carefully cut a pocket into each salmon fillet, ensuring not to cut all the way through.
  4. Generously stuff each salmon fillet with the crab mixture, filling it nicely.
  5. Place the stuffed salmon into a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve hot and savor your delicious crab-stuffed salmon!

Notes

For added flavor, consider incorporating Old Bay seasoning or a dash of hot sauce into the crab mixture.
