Description

A luxurious meal featuring tender salmon fillets stuffed with a savory crab mixture, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup jumbo lump crab meat
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the crab meat, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Cut a pocket in the side of each salmon fillet and stuff with the crab mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed salmon on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

For extra crispy topping, increase breadcrumbs slightly or finish under the broiler for a few minutes.
