Description

A delightful and elegant dish featuring salmon fillets stuffed with a flavorful mix of crab, shrimp, cream cheese, and fresh herbs.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup chopped shrimp
  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until cohesive.
  3. Carefully create pockets in each salmon fillet without cutting all the way through.
  4. Generously stuff each salmon pocket with the crab-shrimp mixture.
  5. Place stuffed salmon fillets in a baking dish with space between each.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the salmon reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Use fresh seafood for the best flavor. Experiment with different herbs and consider using panko breadcrumbs for a crunchy topping.
