Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a stuffing mixture.
- Carefully cut a pocket into each salmon fillet, taking care not to cut all the way through.
- Fill each pocket generously with the crab and shrimp stuffing.
- Place the stuffed fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and season with additional salt and pepper, if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
