Description

A delightful twist on traditional fish dishes, featuring salmon fillets stuffed with a savory mix of crab, shrimp, cream cheese, and seasonings, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a stuffing mixture.
  3. Carefully cut a pocket into each salmon fillet, taking care not to cut all the way through.
  4. Fill each pocket generously with the crab and shrimp stuffing.
  5. Place the stuffed fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and season with additional salt and pepper, if desired.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, consider adding fresh herbs like dill or parsley to the stuffing. Monitor the baking time to avoid overcooking.
