Description

A luxurious dish featuring salmon fillets stuffed with a creamy mixture of crab meat and shrimp, perfect for seafood lovers.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup lump crab meat
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Make a pocket in each salmon fillet and fill with the crab and shrimp mixture.
  4. Place stuffed fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

For best results, check the salmon for doneness around 20 minutes. Serve with a fresh salad or seasoned vegetables.
