Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1 cup cooked chopped shrimp
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- Mix together the crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the crab and shrimp mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is heated through.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
