Ingredients
- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Gently fold in the crab meat, breadcrumbs, green onions, and red bell pepper.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle paprika on top for color.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Use fresh lump crab meat for the best flavor. Don’t overmix to preserve the crab lumps. Can enhance with lemon juice or fresh herbs.
