Ingredients
- 1 lb imitation crab meat, chopped or shredded
- 3 green onions, chopped (include both white and green parts)
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream in a large bowl.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the garlic powder, mustard powder, and salt.
- Fold in the chopped imitation crab, green onions, and Swiss cheese.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a cheesier casserole, add more cheese on top before baking. Allow the casserole to rest after baking for better presentation.
