Ingredients
- 1 lb imitation crab meat, chopped or shredded
- 3 green onions, chopped (both white and green parts)
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
- Add garlic powder, mustard powder, and salt; stir to mix evenly.
- Fold in chopped imitation crab, green onions, and shredded Swiss cheese until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly with a golden crust.
