Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb imitation crab meat, chopped or shredded
  • 3 green onions, chopped (both white and green parts)
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Add garlic powder, mustard powder, and salt; stir to mix evenly.
  4. Fold in chopped imitation crab, green onions, and shredded Swiss cheese until well combined.
