  • 1 cup cooked crab meat, flaked
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Slice the tops off the bell peppers, remove seeds and membranes, and place upright in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine crab, shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, green onions, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, and cayenne. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  5. Stuff each bell pepper with the seafood mixture and drizzle with olive oil.
