Description

A delightful and creamy dip combining lump crab and flaked salmon, perfect for gatherings and casual snacking.


Ingredients

  • 6 oz. salmon fillets
  • 1 lb. lump crab
  • Avocado oil
  • Lemon pepper seasoning
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Smoked paprika
  • Mayo
  • Mustard
  • Hot sauce
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 pack crackers


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat a little avocado oil and cook the salmon fillets until fully cooked.
  2. Flake the salmon and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon, lump crab, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, and a few dashes of hot sauce.
  4. Season with lemon pepper seasoning, cajun seasoning, and smoked paprika to taste.
  5. Mix everything until well combined.
  6. Serve the dip with crackers.

Notes

Use the freshest crab and salmon for the best flavor. Allow the dip to chill for at least an hour for flavors to meld.
