A delightful and creamy dip combining lump crab and flaked salmon, perfect for gatherings and casual snacking.
Ingredients
- 6 oz. salmon fillets
- 1 lb. lump crab
- Avocado oil
- Lemon pepper seasoning
- Cajun seasoning
- Smoked paprika
- Mayo
- Mustard
- Hot sauce
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 pack crackers
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat a little avocado oil and cook the salmon fillets until fully cooked.
- Flake the salmon and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon, lump crab, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, and a few dashes of hot sauce.
- Season with lemon pepper seasoning, cajun seasoning, and smoked paprika to taste.
- Mix everything until well combined.
- Serve the dip with crackers.
Notes
Use the freshest crab and salmon for the best flavor. Allow the dip to chill for at least an hour for flavors to meld.
