Ingredients
- 1 lb wild-caught shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cups finely shredded green cabbage
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- Tortillas (corn or flour)
- Slices of avocado
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Zest of 1 lime

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, honey, and chopped cilantro to create a marinade.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- In another bowl, combine shredded cabbage with Greek yogurt, lime juice, and additional chopped cilantro for the creamy slaw.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side until they are pink and opaque.
- Warm the tortillas and assemble your tacos by placing shrimp on each tortilla, topping them with the creamy slaw and avocado slices.
