Ingredients

  • Salmon Filet
  • 2-3 tbsp (30-45 ml) Crushed Chipotle Sauce or Chipotle Paste
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) Honey
  • 1 Diced Jalapeño
  • Pinch of Salt


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the chipotle sauce, honey, diced jalapeño, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
  2. Create a cross-hatch pattern on the salmon by making cuts vertically and horizontally, stopping at the skin without cutting through it.
  3. Coat the salmon with a portion of the chipotle mixture, setting aside some for later use.
