Ingredients
- Salmon Filet
- 2-3 tbsp (30-45 ml) Crushed Chipotle Sauce or Chipotle Paste
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Honey
- 1 Diced Jalapeño
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the chipotle sauce, honey, diced jalapeño, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
- Create a cross-hatch pattern on the salmon by making cuts vertically and horizontally, stopping at the skin without cutting through it.
- Coat the salmon with a portion of the chipotle mixture, setting aside some for later use.
- Cook in an air fryer at 390°F for 12 to 14 minutes, or bake in the oven at 375°F for 16 to 20 minutes.
