Ingredients
- 12 ounces imitation crab meat
- 12 ounces imitation lobster meat
- 6 ounces shrimp
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the imitation crab and lobster meat with the shrimp and mayonnaise. Stir well to ensure all the seafood is coated evenly.
- Fold in the sliced green onions, incorporating them gently to keep the mixture light and fluffy.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared 1-quart baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top the dish with mozzarella cheese, ensuring an even layer covers the seafood mixture.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
