Description

A delightful seafood casserole featuring imitation crab, lobster, and shrimp, bound together with creamy mayonnaise and topped with gooey mozzarella cheese.


Ingredients

  • 12 ounces imitation crab meat
  • 12 ounces imitation lobster meat
  • 6 ounces shrimp
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the imitation crab and lobster meat with the shrimp and mayonnaise. Stir well to ensure all the seafood is coated evenly.
  3. Fold in the sliced green onions, incorporating them gently to keep the mixture light and fluffy.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared 1-quart baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Top the dish with mozzarella cheese, ensuring an even layer covers the seafood mixture.

Notes
