Description

Discover the secret to perfectly crispy and juicy chicken wings in the air fryer. Our recipe will teach you how to achieve restaurant-quality wings at home with ease.

Ingredients

  • Cooking spray for air fryer basket
  • 1 pound (454 g) chicken wings split into flats and drummettes
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for serving
  • Ranch dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Warm up the air fryer to 380°F. Once ready, use cooking spray to coat the basket.
  2. Dry the chicken wings using a paper towel. Place them in a big bowl. Mix the wings with olive oil, paprika, and garlic powder. Add salt and pepper according to your taste.
  3. Arrange the wings in the air fryer without overlapping them. Cook for 10 minutes. Afterward, raise the heat to 400°F and continue cooking until they are crispy and golden, approximately 6-8 additional minutes.
  4. Sprinkle parsley over the wings, and enjoy them with ranch dressing on the side, if you like.

Notes

  • Dry chicken wings thoroughly before seasoning to ensure crispiness in the air fryer.
  • Adjust salt and pepper seasoning to taste for enhanced flavor.
  • Check and rearrange wings halfway through cooking for even crispiness. Serve immediately for best taste and texture.
