Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts (thinly sliced)
- 226 g container of green onion cream cheese (8 oz)
- 60 ml olive oil
- 120 ml chicken broth
- 1 large package of sliced mushrooms
- 1 small bag of fresh baby spinach
- 1 dash Weber Herb and Garlic Seasoning
- 227 g shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer in a 13×9-inch baking dish. Evenly distribute the spinach, mushrooms, and seasoning on top (sauté fresh mushrooms beforehand).
- Mix the green onion cream cheese, chicken broth, and olive oil together. Drizzle this mixture over the mushrooms. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake in an oven set to 375°F for 20 minutes. After that, take off the foil and continue baking for an additional 20 minutes.
- Scatter the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
