Description

Delightful Cheesy Shrimp Tacos filled with seasoned shrimp and melted cheddar cheese, perfect for family gatherings or quick weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups of precooked petite shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon of olive or avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning
  • Taco shells
  • Taco toppings (as desired)


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat the olive or avocado oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the precooked petite shrimp to the skillet and sprinkle with taco seasoning.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
