A quick and easy recipe for salmon topped with a crispy Parmesan and breadcrumb crust, perfect for a busy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Press the cheese and breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet to create a crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
