Description

A quick and easy recipe for salmon topped with a crispy Parmesan and breadcrumb crust, perfect for a busy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Press the cheese and breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet to create a crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
