  • 1 pound imitation crab meat
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the imitation crab meat, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
