Ingredients
- 1 can of salmon, drained
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley or other fresh herbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the drained salmon, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, chopped parsley, egg, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties, adjusting their size according to personal preference.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
You can bake the patties at 375°F for about 20 minutes for a healthier option.
