Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 whole Camembert
- 150 g smoked bacon lardons
- 1 egg (for brushing)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a flat surface.
- Place the Camembert in the center of the puff pastry.
- Lightly cook the lardons in a skillet until golden, then spread them on top of the Camembert.
- Fold the edges of the puff pastry over the Camembert to completely envelop it.
- Brush the pastry with the beaten egg for a beautiful golden finish.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden and crispy.
