Ingredients

- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp (5 ml) brown sugar
- 2 (170 g) skin-on salmon fillets
Instructions
- Assemble all the ingredients. Set the air fryer to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C) to warm it up.
- Wash the salmon fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel. Lightly coat the fillets with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, blend the Cajun seasoning and brown sugar until well mixed; pour onto a plate.
- Dip the fleshy side of the fillets into the seasoning blend.
- Coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray and lay the salmon fillets with the skin side facing down. Lightly mist the salmon once more with cooking spray.
- Shut the air fryer lid and cook for 8 minutes at the set temperature. Take out the salmon and let it sit for 2 minutes before serving.
