Ingredients
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter (1 stick)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil (optional, for extra richness)
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning (adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional, for extra heat)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Salt (adjust if Cajun seasoning is salty)
Instructions
- Melt the butter and olive oil (if using) in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for another minute, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in fresh parsley, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt.
