Ingredients
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 2 cups broccoli florets, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup broccoli rice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, cooked broccoli, broccoli rice, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, and chopped green onions.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Stir in sunflower seeds and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
