Description

A healthy and refreshing salad combining tuna, broccoli, and sunflower seeds, perfect for quick lunches or light dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli rice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
