Description

A luxurious dish featuring tender salmon fillets topped with creamy Boursin cheese and a bright lemon herb sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 package Boursin cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pasta or rice (for serving)
  • Fresh herbs (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Top each fillet with Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, and dill.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, remaining herbs, and a bit of olive oil to create the sauce.
  7. Serve the salmon over pasta or rice and drizzle with the lemon herb sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Let the salmon sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before cooking for even doneness.
