Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat; add the shrimp mixture.
  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cilantro and lime juice.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For enhanced flavor, marinate the shrimp mixture for an hour before cooking if time allows.
