Delicious and easy Blackstone Garlic Parmesan Chicken featuring tender chicken breasts, aromatic garlic, and melted Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat and drizzle with olive oil.
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
- Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Lower the heat slightly, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Generously sprinkle grated Parmesan over the chicken, cover with a lid or aluminum foil for 2-3 minutes until melted.
- Remove from heat, let rest for a couple of minutes, garnish with parsley if desired, then serve.
Notes
Use fresh garlic for the best flavor. Check chicken doneness with a meat thermometer.
