Description

A simple yet flavorful blackened salmon recipe featuring a bold spice blend and a perfectly crispy crust.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Rub the spice mixture generously over both sides of the salmon fillets.
