Description

Delicious blackened salmon tacos packed with flavor, featuring crispy salmon, fresh toppings, and creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon blackening seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Rub both sides of the salmon fillets with blackening seasoning.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and sear the salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through and crispy on the outside.
  4. Remove the salmon from the skillet and let it rest for a couple of minutes before flaking.
  5. Warm the tortillas in the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. Assemble the tacos by adding the flaked salmon, shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, red onion, and avocado to each tortilla.
  7. Drizzle with sour cream mixed with lime juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For the best results, use fresh, high-quality salmon fillets. Adjust lime juice to your taste preference.
