Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets

Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Season both sides of the salmon fillets generously with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in the hot skillet and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until a crispy crust forms and the salmon is cooked through.
- Remove from heat and serve warm with fresh veggies, rice, or slaw as desired.
