Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the salmon fillets with Cajun seasoning, thoroughly coating each piece for maximum flavor.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and blackened.
- In a separate pot, cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions; drain.
- In the same pot, lower the heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
- Combine pasta with the sauce, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the pasta topped with the blackened salmon, garnished with fresh parsley.
