Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients and pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a small bowl, mix paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture generously on both sides of the salmon fillets.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil once hot.
