Ingredients
- 454 g Salmon filets
- 5 ml Paprika
- 5 ml Garlic powder
- 5 ml Cumin
- 25 ml dried Basil
- 25 ml Onion powder
- 25 ml Chili powder
- 5 ml Maple syrup or brown sugar
- 15 ml Olive oil
Instructions
- Warm up the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a mixing bowl, blend the spices thoroughly.
- Pour olive oil over the salmon fillets and massage it into both sides.
- Dust the fillets with the spice blend, ensuring both sides are well-coated.
- Set the salmon with the skin facing down on a tray in the air fryer.
- Cook for 7-10 minutes until the salmon is done to your liking, being careful not to overcook to prevent dryness.
Notes
- For a sweeter glaze, drizzle extra maple syrup or brown sugar on the salmon before cooking.
- To add more heat, increase the chili powder in the spice blend.
