Ingredients

  • – 4 (113 g) skinless salmon filets, diced in 1 inch chunks
  • – vegetable oil spray
  • – 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sweet paprika
  • – 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) dried cayenne pepper
  • – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder
  • – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) dried thyme
  • – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) dried oregano
  • – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt
  • – 1/8 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper
  • – lemon wedges, for serving
  • – chopped parsley, for garnish
  • – brown rice, optional for serving


Instructions

  1. Put the salmon pieces into a big bowl and lightly coat them with oil spray.
  2. In a separate smaller bowl, mix together all the seasonings from paprika to black pepper. Thoroughly coat the salmon chunks with this spice mixture.
  3. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with oil spray.
  4. Arrange the salmon chunks in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for around 5 to 7 minutes, making sure to shake the basket halfway through, until the salmon is fully cooked inside and has a nice brown exterior.
