Delicious and nutritious salmon patties featuring fresh salmon, ginger, garlic, and herbs.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Fresh salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice
- 1-2 tablespoons Fresh ginger, grated
- 2-3 cloves Garlic, minced
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- ¼ cup Mint, chopped
- Sesame seeds, for coating
- Panko breadcrumbs, for coating
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for frying
Instructions
- Cook the fresh salmon fillet until fully cooked, then flake it into a bowl.
- Add lime juice, grated ginger, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, and mint to the salmon and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Coat each patty with sesame seeds and Panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Chill the patties for 20-30 minutes before cooking to help them hold their shape.
