Description

Delicious and nutritious salmon patties featuring fresh salmon, ginger, garlic, and herbs.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Fresh salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons Fresh ginger, grated
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cup Mint, chopped
  • Sesame seeds, for coating
  • Panko breadcrumbs, for coating
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for frying


Instructions

  1. Cook the fresh salmon fillet until fully cooked, then flake it into a bowl.
  2. Add lime juice, grated ginger, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, and mint to the salmon and mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Form the mixture into patties.
  5. Coat each patty with sesame seeds and Panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Chill the patties for 20-30 minutes before cooking to help them hold their shape.
