Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the flour with salt and pepper. Dredge each cod fillet in the seasoned flour, shaking off the excess.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the cod fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
