Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 small tortillas (corn or flour)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque.
