- 1 tbsp Olive oil (15 ml)
- 2 tsp Baking powder (10 g)
- 3/4 tsp (4 ml) Sea salt
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) Black pepper
Instructions
- Ensure the chicken wings, both flats and drumettes, are either fresh or defrosted.
- Place the wings into a large bowl.
- Drizzle them with olive oil and toss until the wings are well coated.
- In a separate small bowl, combine baking powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the wings and stir until they are evenly covered.
- Preheat your air fryer to the recommended temperature.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer within the air fryer basket.
- Cook the wings for the suggested duration, turning them halfway through to ensure even crispiness.
- Once cooked, remove the wings from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the chicken wings are thoroughly dried before coating with olive oil to help the seasoning adhere better.
- Space out the wings in the air fryer basket to promote even airflow and cooking.
- For extra crispiness, increase the baking powder by 1/2 teaspoon and cook until golden brown.
