Description

Transform your meal with oven-baked salmon, featuring crispy skin and tender, flaky fish enhanced by a blend of delicious spices.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon filets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, spraying it with cooking spray.
  2. Place the salmon filets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Melt the butter in a small dish in the microwave, then brush it over the salmon filets.
  4. Evenly sprinkle the paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper over the salmon.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12–16 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  6. Allow the salmon to rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes
