Ingredients
- 2 6oz salmon fillets (fresh, skinless or with skin)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground mustard
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil.
- Mix the dry ingredients and generously apply to the salmon.
- Place the seasoned salmon in the air fryer basket or middle tray position.
- Set to air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.
- The salmon will be done when its internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 2-3 minutes before enjoying.
