Description

A quick and flavorful air fryer recipe for blackened salmon that delivers bold flavors and a crispy texture in minutes.


Ingredients

  • 2 6oz salmon fillets (fresh, skinless or with skin)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes.
  2. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients and generously apply to the salmon.
  4. Place the seasoned salmon in the air fryer basket or middle tray position.
  5. Set to air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.
