- 4 orange roughy fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry thoroughly.
