Description

Discover how to make succulent BBQ glazed air fryer salmon with this easy recipe. Perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Try it today!

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (340 g)
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce (60 ml)
  • 1 Tbsp water (15 ml)
  • 3 tsp honey (15 g)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (1 g)
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder (1 g)
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic (2.5 g)
  • 1/4 tsp paprika (1 g)

Instructions

  1. Mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl. Adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or thin the mixture with additional water if necessary.
  2. Cover the salmon fillets with the prepared marinade. For the best taste, let the fish soak in the marinade for 20-30 minutes if time permits.
  3. Place the salmon, skin side down, into the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 380°F and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon’s internal temperature is 145°F, using a food thermometer to check.

Notes

  • Adjust the marinade’s sweetness to taste by gradually adding more honey.
  • Enhance the flavor by increasing the minced garlic in the marinade.
  • Ensure the salmon is perfectly cooked by checking its internal temperature with a food thermometer.
