A vibrant salad featuring succulent shrimp coated in a creamy and spicy sauce, perfectly combined with crisp salad greens and colorful vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until well combined.
- Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
- In a pan over medium heat, cook shrimp until pink and opaque (about 2-3 minutes per side).
- Toss cooked shrimp in the sauce mixture until well coated.
- In a large bowl, combine salad greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and corn.
- Top with the Bang Bang shrimp.
- Serve with lime wedges.
