- 1/2 cup buttermilk

- 3/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup high-quality mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce

Instructions
- Combine the shrimp, buttermilk, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a medium bowl and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Prepare a shallow dish with cornstarch.
- Remove the shrimp from the marinade, shake off excess, and coat evenly in cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a pot to 350°F and fry the shrimp in batches for about 2 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain the shrimp on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha in a separate bowl.
